Lead handling automation for small teams

Every new enquiry, checked and sent to the right place.

Mardenvo connects forms, inboxes and CRMs so new leads can be checked, assigned and recorded without constant copying and follow-up.

No required sales call. We start with one narrow process and put the proposed scope in writing.

01 / What we do

Lead intake and routing pilot

What the pilot covers

We look at one path: where a new lead arrives, what must be checked, who should own it and where the final record belongs. The rules stay visible and exceptions remain available for review.

  1. Check the submission. Confirm required details and put the data into a consistent format.
  2. Look for duplicates. Avoid creating the same lead twice or repeating later actions.
  3. Assign an owner. Use written rules for ownership, priority and exceptions.
  4. Update the record. Write to the agreed system and notify the right person.
  5. Keep a trace. Retain enough context to review errors and understand what happened.

02 / Sample

Fictional sample data

A sample lead, step by step

This example shows the proposed sequence without using client data. It is a demonstration of the process, not a customer case study or a claim about commercial results.

Example intake and routing Fictional data

Incoming record

  • name: Casey Morgan
  • email: casey@example.test
  • company: Example company
  • source: website_form
  • need: assign new enquiries
  • consent: true

What happens next

  • Required details are present
  • No matching lead is found
  • Routing rule assigns an owner
  • Sample record is added to the mock CRM and checked
  • A notification is prepared for the owner
  • The activity is saved in a simple audit log

This sample uses fictional data and a mock record. Any live CRM connection, field mapping or automatic notification would be agreed and tested separately.

03 / How to start

Five questions by email

Start with five written questions

There is no booking link to complete first. Send the answers by email. You’ll usually receive a reply within two business days. If the process is clear enough to test, the reply will include a written assessment and the proposed scope, timing and price.

  1. Where do new leads arrive today—forms, inboxes, partner channels or somewhere else?
  2. Which system should hold the final lead record, and what fields are required?
  3. What rules decide the owner, queue or priority for a valid lead?
  4. Which duplicates, missing details or exceptions cause the most rework?
  5. What observable result would make a bounded pilot worth continuing?

What you receive

A written assessment of one lead-handling path and, if it is suitable, a proposed pilot scope with clear boundaries.

Not included at this stage

A full CRM replacement, an open-ended automation project or a live integration before the scope and test conditions are agreed.

Founder-run

Mardenvo is founder-run. The same person scopes, builds and tests each pilot from the first written assessment through delivery.

Mardenvo

Tell us where new leads arrive and where they should go.

If the process is specific enough to test, we will answer in writing with the next practical step. No required call and no pressure to expand the scope.
